Kenny Meyer is not an average coach. He lost more than 250 pounds, rebuilt his body and mindset from the ground up, and discovered a deep passion for endurance sports along the way. He combines real world experience with structured coaching to support athletes from many different backgrounds.

Kenny is a USA Triathlon Coach, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach. The training he designs focuses on safety, long term progress, and sustainable performance rather than quick fixes.

With a base in strength training, a strong understanding of healthy weight loss, and years of endurance race preparation, Kenny offers a coaching style that is both direct and supportive. He understands the mental and emotional effort it takes to go from feeling stuck to feeling confident in movement. Whether the goal is a personal record, a first finish line, or better overall health, he has walked that road and knows how to guide others on their own path.
