I’m not your average coach. I’ve lost over 250 pounds, rebuilt my body and mindset from the ground up, and found a passion for endurance sports through that process. I bring both personal experience and professional training to help people of all backgrounds succeed.

Along with real-world perspective, I’ve studied and earned certifications to ensure the training I deliver is both safe and effective. I’m a certified USA Triathlon Coach, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach.
